The Americans may have the key to finally eliminating the use of 1080 poison here in Gods own country, New Zealand. According to a report on Radio New Zealand, the main group behind a proposed United States Congress bill banning the use and export of 1080 poison believes the legislation will go through...While this is welcome news to long time opponents of 1080, which has caused wanton destruction to the inhabitants of our forests, eg: birdlife, insects, deer, kiwi's, dogs, deer, waterways and other cherished forest/bush creatures, its a shameful admission of how backward us kiwi's are, in not rising up enough in force, to stop this criminal behaviour by our government departments ourselves...Of all people to lead the way, but the Americans...arrggghh...
